This is an introduction to something I’ve created, put quite a bit of time into & a lot of thought. It’s not just another run of the mill fitness program where you see your sets,reps, motivational quote and then life goes on.
No this is different because I want you too succeed just as bad as you do.
I have had to learn how to walk again, deal with nerve pain, knowing where you go, people are watching you just because you don't move as well as they do.
I understand how uncomfortable it can be to go out, want to try things & so on all because of how we feel about OURSELVES.
Let’s change that together. The main program comes with everything you will need to succeed, build guidance, direction, and growth.
The Full program is designed for-
Fat loss / weight loss, building good habits and routine, lifestyle changes beginner fitness program designed for growth.
COMES WITH - workout routine, fitness/movement accountability, access to community groups and MUCH MUCH more.
Remember this is about progress not perfection. We aim to be better daily, not overnight.

This small introduction sample of the program was thought about very deeply with the goal of reaching many people, hopefully helping more. My goal is simple, to help people with weight/fat loss and assist them with growing strong mentally, building a routine, and a focus on striving to becoming better everyday instead of the thought of being perfect.
Everyday for your morning walk eat a banana and drink water. -
So here we go. Our goal is to walk 2 times per day everyday this week for 20 min. We are going to be mindful of what we eat. Our main goal is to limit sugar drinks and food items while drinking more water. At the end of the week we are going to weigh ourselves, so for 1 week, FOCUS and concentrate on YOURSELF & prove that you can accomplish this and lose that 1-2 pounds!!! Remember to eat a banana and drink water everyday for your morning walk.

So for the next couple of days I'm going to drop tips and tricks everyday that will help you further along your journey.
like did you know , the reason why I suggest losing only 1-2 lb’s per week is because if you lose more than that you are actually losing muscle mass!!
there a way to do everything correctly if the goal is to SUCCEED. Walk 2x per day 20 min each. -
Awesome sauce look at you 3 days!! Trooper right there. If you have a Fitbit or smartwatch you can track your progress or use your phone for steps. Make sure you are drinking water and limiting/ staying away from your sugar drinks/sweets. 2 walks per day!
Random fact- the body actually burns more fat the more muscle you possess -
You are doing Great! 3 more days until we touch the scale so remember be on your best behavior. Prioritize protein intake over all other foods, make sure you get your walks in & be mindful of what you put into your body.
Tip: Did you know that the body can only intake so much? Example- the body has a limit on sugars,carbs & so on. If you intake to many carbs in one sitting, the rest turns into SUGAR. If you are over your sugar intake for the day, the rest of those carbs/sugars turn into FAT! -
So lets talk, you are doing great. You are building a routine, but most importantly you are building accountability within yourself! Keeping your word and that's where all the progress will be made from your mentality.
Tips- I say prioritize good quality meats is because (protein) actually supports your muscle growth and recovery. Pair that with good sleep, hydration, and your vegetables/greens.

Tip: empty sugars/carbs - drop of energy levels after high pointless sugar rush/ high levels of fat gain, bloating, push you further from your goal.
Goal- 1-2 lb's per week while working on better eating habits rather than starving. There's a way to do everything right, so we succeed.
This isn't about perfection, this is about making progress.
make those 2 walks per day, watch the sugars/empty carbs, surround yourself around positive and like minded people. -
Obtaining new habits while breaking old habits is a difficult task, but the GOAL, try to be better everyday, not perfect.
If you lost 1-2 lb's this week AMAZING! If not don't see it as a loss because you gained something even more valuable and that is DICIPLINE. You stuck to a routine, and became more efficient with yourself and don't let that ambition go to waste, do it for you like you have been doing it for you!!
